Where do you ship from?
Every order ships from our home base in Manly, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We're a small, Sydney-based team, so every order is packed with care.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or send us your order number through our contact page.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. We ship to New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, much of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and more. Do I have to pay duties or taxes on international orders?
Yes. International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These aren't included in your order total and are paid by the recipient when the parcel arrives. If you refuse a parcel because of these charges, the return postage and any charges we incur will be deducted from your refund.
Can I change my order or delivery address?
Yes, if we hear from you quickly. Contact us through our contact page with your order number as soon as possible. If your order hasn't left us yet, we'll do our best to update it.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of items that have been worn outside, unless they're faulty. Please check the fit indoors before your first walk.
How do I start a return?

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
We're sorry! Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Daily Errands Harness
How does the Daily Errands Harness work?
The harness has two lead clips. The front clip on the chest is the no-pull option: when your dog pulls, it gently turns them back towards you instead of letting them lean their weight into the lead. The back clip is for relaxed, everyday walks once they've learnt good lead manners.
What size harness does my dog need?
Our harness comes in S to L and is sized by neck and chest. Measure around the base of the neck, then around the widest part of the ribcage just behind the front legs, and compare both with our sizing guides.
What if my dog is between sizes?
Choose the larger size. It's easy to take the adjustable straps in for a snug fit, but you can't make a small harness bigger. Still unsure? Send us your dog's measurements and breed, and we'll help you choose.
How tight should the harness be?
Use the two-finger rule: you should be able to slide two fingers under any strap. The belly strap should sit a hand's width behind the front legs so it doesn't rub the armpits. Check the fit again after the first few walks, because straps and padding settle with wear.
Can my dog slip out of the harness?
A well-fitted harness is very secure. Ours has adjustable security straps at the neck and three buckles: two around the belly and one at the neck. Most escapes happen when a harness is too loose, so use the two-finger rule and check the straps before each walk.
Is the harness suitable for puppies?
Yes. It's lightweight, padded with breathable mesh and fully adjustable. Puppies grow quickly, so check the fit weekly and loosen the straps as they grow. Most dogs reach their adult size between 6 and 24 months.
How do I clean the harness?
Hand wash it in cool water with a mild soap, rinse well, then let it air dry out of direct sun. Don't put it in the tumble dryer, as heat can damage the padding.
Should my dog wear a harness or a collar?
Many owners use both. A harness is best for walks because it spreads pressure across the chest instead of the throat, which is ideal for pullers, puppies and flat-faced breeds. A collar is the everyday home for your dog's ID and council registration tags, which most Australian councils require your dog to wear in public.
Everyday Collar & Lead
What are the Everyday Collar and Everyday Lead made from?
Our collars start with strong waxed nylon webbing, coated in a soft, flexible PVC. The coating doesn't absorb water, so it stays lightweight, comfortable and easy to clean. They're finished with a solid brass D-ring and a quick-release clip.
Are they really waterproof?
Yes. The PVC coating doesn't absorb water, so your dog's collar and lead won't stay soggy after a swim, a beach run or a rainy walk. Just shake or wipe off the water and go.
Will my dog's collar get smelly?
No. Fabric collars soak up water, dirt and oils, and that's what causes wet-dog smell. PVC doesn't absorb anything, so there's nothing to go stinky, even after months of beach days.
How do I clean my Everyday Collar or Everyday Lead?
Rinse it under fresh water or wipe it with a damp cloth. For mud or grime, use a little mild soap, rinse, then pat dry. It takes less than a minute, and there's no washing machine needed.
Can they be used at the beach or in salt water?
Absolutely. That's what they're made for. After a beach or ocean swim, give the collar and clip a quick rinse in fresh water to wash away salt and sand, so the hardware keeps opening smoothly.
Will the hardware rust?
Our collars use a solid brass D-ring, which won't rust like cheaper plated metal. A quick freshwater rinse after swimming keeps every clip working smoothly for longer.
Are the collars adjustable?
Yes. Each collar size adjusts by up to 10cm. Measure around the base of your dog's neck and choose the size that measurement falls within. If your dog is at the top of a range, size up. See our sizing guides.
How should the collar fit?
It should be snug but comfortable. You should be able to slide two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck. Any looser and it could slip over their head; any tighter and it may rub.
Can I attach my dog's ID and registration tags?
Yes. Clip your dog's ID tag and council registration tag to the brass D-ring, so they're always on your dog.
Signature Hands-free Lead
How does the Signature Hands-free Lead work?
Our rope leash is 3-in-1. Adjust the silicone slider to wear it cross-body, around your waist, or shorten it to hold in your hand like a classic lead. There's no belt and no clunky hook: just clip it on and walk.
How long is the Signature Hands-free Lead?
The total length is 260cm (102"). When worn cross-body or around your waist, your dog has a comfortable length to walk beside you. Held in the hand, you can shorten it to keep them close.
Will the slider stay in place?
The slider will stay in place, however if your dog is a puller tie a knot on one side of the slider so the length stays put, or start with our Daily Errands No-Pull Harness and go hands-free once walks are calmer.
Is a hands-free leash suitable for dogs that pull?
It's best for dogs that already walk fairly well on a loose lead. For pullers, clip it to the front clip of the Daily Errands Harness, and hold it in your hand until you're confident. Wearing the leash cross-body puts any pull through your body instead of your wrist and shoulder.
Tie a knot on one side of the slider so the length stays put.
Can I use it for running or hiking?
Yes. Wear it around your waist for jogging and trail walks so your arms can swing freely. Keep an eye on your dog and your surroundings, and hold the rope if a bird or a skateboard is about to test their manners.
Should I clip the leash to a harness or a collar?
When you're walking hands-free, we recommend clipping to a harness. It spreads any sudden tug across your dog's chest instead of their neck.
